While performing your rehabilitation exercises, we want you to find a line between pain and the exercise. If that pain compromises the work we are doing, we need to change the prescribed workout or alter the movement slightly. When we are finding the correct rehab exercises, it is imperative we find the hardest exercise that you perform well.
