2. Online Booking System

Our online booking system is available exclusively for new patients. Existing patients must contact our office directly to schedule appointments. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by our office.

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel appointments at our discretion due to provider availability, emergencies, or other operational needs.

3. Appointment Policies

  • Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can sign consent forms on their behalf.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the discretion of the provider.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START or contact our office.
